For safety and driving pleasure, you need a full view of the action. This is where the Swift scores points: a wide, wrap-around glasshouse give all-round visibility of the road ahead. Everything within reach a clean dashboard layout with integrated information display, sporty 3-spoke leather steering wheel with mounted audio controls, and a clear instrument panel complete this sporty cockpit.

Clear and simple information Inspired by Suzuki's winning sportbike designs, these sporty easy-to-read instruments update you with a tachometer with "0" mark positioned at six o'clock. There is also an information center displaying time, fuel consumption and outside temperature.

Room to play:
There's plenty of space for the driver and passengers to stretch out and relax. Ergonamically-designed seats will keep the team comfortable even on long haul trips. The cabin is practical. There's a generous 213 liter (VDA) luggage capacity. The rear seat has a 60:40 split design and a tumble-folding action, so storage area can be increased as needed.

Adjustability for comfort:
The front seats each have a 240 mm range of slide adjustments. The driver's seat also has a 30mm range for height adjustment.

Winning performance:
At the heart of the new Swift is a peppy 1.5 liter gasoline-type engine that comes with a 4-speed gate-type automatic transmission. Equipped with the VVT (Variable Valve Timing System), the engine is tuned to perform best at low and mid-range speeds encountered in day-to-day driving with significantly higher efficiency.

The Suzuki Racing DNA:
Sparking performance is complemented by an uncommonly good combination of riding comfort, nimble handling and smooth cornering, what with a minimum turning radius of only 4.7m! A strong underbody construction reduces road noise and refines your ride.

Strong defense:
The new Swift delivers the protection that's crucial for true driving fun. Advanced chassis-control technologies help the driver avoid hazards. In case of an unavoidable mishap, the body is designed to resist impact forces and direct them away from the occupants. The cabin is further protected with driver and front passenger airbags, seatbelt pretensioners and load limiters, and a collapsible steering column.
