It has also been sold as Lancer Fortis in Taiwan with a different facelift compared to Galant Fortis from September 15, 2007.

In 2005, Mitsubishi revealed the Concept-X model car at the Tokyo Motor Show and its Concept-Sportback model at the Frankfurt motor show. The new Lancer is based on these two concepts. The new Lancer was officially revealed in January 2007 at the Detroit Motor Show and went on sale in North American markets on March 2007. New Lancer features Mitsubishi's next-generation RISE safety body.

In Japan, the Lancer Cedia was offered with many different trim levels and engines, including options which were never seen in export markets. Toyota Camry 2007

The Toyota Camry is a mid-size car assembled by Toyota in Georgetown, Kentucky; Altona, Victoria, Australia; Guangzhou, China; and the original factory in Tsutsumi (Japan). In some markets, the top range Camry models are seen as executive cars. The Camry has been the best selling car in the United States, its largest consumer market, for nine of the last ten years starting in 1997, with the only exception being 2001. The Camry also sells very well in Australia, Canada, and a number of Asian markets - in particular Cambodia where the vast majority of cars are Camrys.[1] It has not sold as well in Europe and Japan; many criticize its design as ill-suited for European and Japanese tastes. An up-branded luxury version of the Camry was sold in Japan as the Toyota Windom until 2006; the related Lexus ES in North America, Asia, and the Middle East shares major chassis and drivetrain components with the Camry.

The sixth generation Camry went on sale in March 2006. It was significantly redesigned, with a 56 mm longer wheelbase, but the overall length remained the same. It was introduced at the 2006 North American International Auto Show alongside a hybrid version.

The sixth generation Toyota Camry sold in some countries in Asia and the Middle East have different exterior body parts and a similar interior to the Camry depicted.

Sales in the United States, the primary market for the Camry, significantly increased in the year following release. Quarterly record sales totalled 46,630 for second quarter of the American 2007 model year.

Mitsubishi Galant 2007

The United States has had the sedan-only ninth-generation PS platform model since October 15, 2003. It was announced at the 2003 New York International Auto Show in April for the 2004 model year, following the exhibition of the SSS concept sedan at the North American International Auto Show three years before. The ninth-generation United States-sourced model is available for sale only in a few regional markets, namely North America, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Russia, and Arabia. Russia began sourcing its Galants from the United States from 2006. The Arabian Markets began sourcing its Galants from the United States from the 2007 model year.

A size increase resulted in slightly more interior space and a weight gain of several hundred pounds. The 4-cylinder engine, while still 2.4 liters in displacement, upgraded from Mitsubishi's 4G64 design to the newer 4G69 design, resulting in a horsepower increase from 140 to 160. Likewise, the V6 jumped from a 3.0-liter with 190 HP to a 3.8 with 235. All North American Galants gained 4-wheel disc brakes but lost their rear stabilizer bar.

A Ralliart version joined for 2007, finally upgrading the V6 to a class-competitive 258 horsepower while also adding a firmer suspension, front strut tower bar, rear stabilizer bar, and 18-inch alloy wheels. For 2008, the trimming of models left the Ralliart as the only V6 model, and the Galant skips the 2008 model year in Canada, only to return in 2009 with the facelifted model.

BMW Z4 Roadster 2007

The BMW Z4 is a car to stimulate all the senses. The active shapes and avantgarde styling, superb handling, and exhilarating performance undpobtly make it a modern interpretation of roadster. Yet it never strays from the purist character of a true sports car. In a nutshell, the BMW Z4 gives new meaning to the term "driving pleasure", combining the classic qualities of a thoroughbred roadster with supreme handling and an absolutely authentic driving experience. An experience.

Technology

Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) not only optmises driving stability when starting or accelerating, it also improves traction. In addition, the system recognises unstable driving conditions such as under - or oversteering and helps to maintain a safe course for the vehicle. Advanced sensory technology monitors the wheel rotation speed, lateralacceleration and the yaw rate (rotation around the vertical axis). This data is processed to obtain information about the automobile as it is currently moving, as supplied by the accelerator and the angle of the steering wheel.

If these two lists of data do not match and the automobile's stability is threatened, DSC is activated and influences the brake system or the engine management. This action helps prevent dangerous situations such as skidding.

As a further development of ABS, CBC (Cornering Brake Control) is a standard feature with BMW, CBC enables the driver to use the brake power of the rear wheels in full, without any additional risks affecting the car's directional stability. Should the driver apply the brakes, for example, in a series of fast bends, the car may spin and oversteer even under slight brake pressure. This is a result of increasing pressure on the front axle, following a simple law of physics irrespective of the drive system and configuration.

Applying specific computer simulation programs, CBC is able to determine lateral acceleration from the signals emitted by the four ABS sensors. CBC thus recognises a bend and controls the build-up of brake power accordingly, with brake forces building up more quickly on the outer front wheel in a bend than on the other wheels and counteracting the spin.

Interior Mirrors with Anti-Dazzle Feature.

BMW was the first car maker to introduce anti-dazzle mirrors operating automatically inside. These so-called EC (Electrochromatic) mirrors are made up of a clear and a reflecting layer of glass with an ultra-thin film of fluid in between. As soon as this fluid is subjected to a certain tension, it changes its permeablity to light and the mirror grows darker.

Ford Explorer 2007

Refine your travels

"This Explorer stands out most for its impressive lack of interior noise and vibration. We'd venture this is the smoothest, quietest body-on-frame truck ever…"

So says AutoWeek.* And we say, the difference is in the details. Explorer's smooth, quiet ride stems in part from its solid foundation, a fully boxed frame that's remarkable 63% stiffer that that of the previous generation.

Thoughtful engineering went into details like the sound-deadening carpet and headliner materials, the roof structure, overall powertrain of these elements help give Explorer its impressively quiet, comfortable ride – one that's quieter than the previous generation on rough roads and on coarse surfaces. A 4-wheel independent suspension with monotube shocks also helps Explorer hug the road.

Powering your journeys, Explorer's standard 4.0L SOHC V6 engine pumps out 2 10 hp and 344 Nm of torque. Matched with a 5-speed floor shift automatic transmission, the V6 meets Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle II (ULE VII) standards.

Do more in Explorer

They create their own adventures. Challenge themselves with unique goals. And then surpass them. Just like Explorer.

As one of America's best selling SUVs, Ford Explorer has never rested on its laurels. In fact, the recently redesigned Explorer received 5-star ratings in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's frontal and side-impact crash tests.

Starting with a remarkably stiff frame that helps it deliver an even quieter ride than the previous generation, Explorer does even more for 2007. Innovative new offerings include a standard audio input jack that makes it easy to listen to your MP3 player through any of Explorer's sound systems. Get ready to do more in the 2007 Ford Explorer.
